Amy began her journey with BTA Advisory group in 2019, training to assume the role of Policy Services Manager. Amy works as a liaison between our valued life insurance/annuity clients and the insurance carriers we partner with. She dedicates herself in providing a streamlined process for making changes to policies, coordinating premium payments for our clients, obtaining important policy reports/documents, and overseeing life insurance claim processing in a manner that provides peace of mind for our clients. Financial planning and life insurance claims can be very stressful, and Amy enjoys making this process as easy as possible for our clients.
