Maxwell graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2017 with a Bachelor of Mathematics and started working for BTA Group/Wealth Teams immediately thereafter. After a few years learning the business, Maxwell decided to become the capital markets expert that the company needed and thus pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst designation which he attained in 2025.

His favorite part of the job is educating advisors and clients on the risks and benefits of the various investments available to them. In the complex world of capital markets, there is always something new to learn, and then teach.

A husband to a lovely wife and father to two children, Maxwell lives with his family in Mission Viejo California.
